Flashers and blinkers not working, replace flasher box?

The fuse is okay, have not checked bulbs yet, but the flashers are not working either, which tells me it may be the flasher unit. Where can I find that to replace it and see if that is the problem. Is it under the steering coloum? ARggg can't find it.

Dose anyone know where the flasher box is located???????

The flasher box is located under the dash. It's a bit tight to get to. It's located on the inside of the dashboard on the driver's side, next to the fuse box. It's a green 1 inch cube.
