1999 Olds Cutlass GL problem with power windows/cruise controll

3 out of 4 windows work just fine (open and close) from driver side control panel and by their own switch. Only back window on the driver side is not working if you use driver control or use the switch on the door. Any ideas why would this happen.

Also cruise control for some reason is not working as well. It turns on, green light comes on but will not set speed or accelerate.

ok, i did fix the problem with the window.
here is how.
need to remove the door cover and protective plastic. Then get to the motor, there is a big metal casing that holds the shaft. remove the screws from the casing and take out the shaft. with the sanding paper (very small) gently clean the part where the brushes touch. put the casing back together, make sure that you put the screws back on tight. this should fix the problem.
