Lincoln LSE Air Conditioner Problems

My LSE A/C goes from cooling to full hot unexpectedly. If I shut the controls off and wait an hour it will cool again, but goes to hot in a short time again. One dealer in Florida said it was the evaporator coil. My local dealer changed the temperature sensor, but this did not solve the problem. Lincoln does not have a clue. Anyone else have this issue?
