Hes right

Cars are a luxery to start, a nice car even more so taking a nice car *a 00 EX for a 16 year old is very nice* and improving even more so is just a way to blow extra cash unless, your a dedicated carnut or race @ 16 you can't claim to be either.

Leave it alone enjoy you got a comfy little car to drive around in save up if you do really like cars and get something later on.

i would go with an AEM sticker on the quarter pannel, then get the NOS seat covers and to top it
hook up a big oil gauge and make it noticeable. this will give people the impretion that you are running boost.

if you are really seriouse, put your money away. in about 2-3 years when you really have $$$ swap or boost. save atleast $2,000

xsteady, Go check out the 92-95 forum, and read the FAQ. There is TONS of information about hondas (regardless of year) and cars in general. I am especailly fond of the the tire calculator...cool stuff.

check that out, lots of good, quick read, articles. Then lurk in the forums doing searches on stuff you would like to learn more about. If you type in: "exhaust", you're gonna get the phone book and every assface's opinion of greddy vs. apex i and lord knows what else. take your time and sift through it and you'll be amazed at how quickly you'll pick up on what's what.

but yeah, don't ask what's best for what cost - good lord please dont - do a search, do a little reading, and you'll be all set. Horsepower ain't cheap and neither is the knowledge of how to get it.

If you want to make your car a little faster but dont want to spend a lot of money try these:

Synthetic oil: Use Castrol Syntec 5w-30 or Mobil 1 5w-30, you'll like the results; about $25 to do it yourself.
Cold air intake: Put on a name brand like AEM or K&N, these always manage to add a few extra horses; about $200 for a good one (try ebay).

Both of these also give you better gas mileage too (but only when you accellerate slow!).
