embelms! and grill

hey everybody!!!! im a newbie well anyways i have a black 2000 civic ex i want to know how to take off the "H" , civic, and ex embelms off my car without messing up the paint or leaving any hole on my car so how do u do it??????

sorry and i want to find a nice black or chrome grill that would really go good with my civic under like 100 bucks thanks
