Overheating 99 intrigue

Overheating with A/C on stop and go driving. Relays/Fuses/Cooling Fan motors all OK. The only thing I have to go on is Cooling Fan is tempermental occasionally comes on but when the car gets too hot the fans don't run even with the engine running.?

Check the fan temp sensor usually located on the radiator. This could be bad causing the fans to not turn on. Also the fan motors could be going bad and not kicking into high speed mode when the AC is on.
