noise from front end

I have a 93 cutlass ciera and it is driving me nuts with this front end noise that only happens between 35-45 miles an hour and only when turn wheel to the left not when turn to right. Repalced cv joint 2 months ago on left side. had front end checked and everything is tight so what could the problem be?? scared to drive it too far until i figure out what is wrong and why the noise. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks
