air conditioning overservice

I tried to service my '99 ford ranger, but mistakenly put in 3 can of r134 refridgerant oil, i'm told i need to remove most of this oil, my question is how??? can I startup my system, and blead it off the low side? or the high side???? any help is appreciated. Thanks
