22" Dvinci Havoc XL Wheels Question

I am looking to get these wheels, can anyone let me know if they will fit my '05 TB EXT 4WD?

22" Dvinci Havoc XL
Hankook 265/35/22

And what do those #'s mean for the tire? I assume the last one is for the 22" wheels.

You need to look at the lug placement... usually will look like 6x127 or 6x5.0 (this is our lug placement)

Also you need to check on offset -> You don't want the wheels sticking out of the wheel well.

(265) Tire Width
The 265 is the width of the tire in millimeters (mm), measured from sidewall to sidewall. Since this measure is affected by the width of the rim, the measurement is for the tire when it is on its intended rim size.

(35) Aspect Ratio
This number tells you the height of the tire, from the bead to the top of the tread. This is described as a percentage of the tire width. In our example, the aspect ratio is 35, so the tire's height is 35 percent of its width, or 92.75 mm ( .35 x 265 = 92.75 mm). The smaller the aspect ratio, the wider the tire in relation to its height.

High performance tires usually have a lower aspect ratio than other tires. This is because tires with a lower aspect ratio provide better lateral stability. When a car goes around a turn lateral forces are generated and the tire must resist these forces. Tires with a lower profile have shorter, stiffer sidewalls so they resist cornering forces better.

(22) Rim Diameter
This number specifies, in inches, the wheel rim diameter the tire is designed for.

thanks a lot man.

well i would assume the lug placement is the same since i am buying them off a guy with an 03 TB.
let me know if i am assuming incorrectly
but i am unsure about the offset.
whats that about?
would it be the same from an 03 TB to what should be on my 05?
thanks?

Congrats for the wheels. I hope they are great. Could you post a pic if possible.
Well, I dont know if its true or not, I heard here in Kuwait that 22" really screws up your transmission gear so most of them recommend 20". Any suggestions???

Dude who ever said that must have been on a good crack pipe or something because thats just a bunch of B.S. any way if anything it might give you worse gas milage depending on how much bigger the wheels & tires are compared to the stock one then again you might not even notice it at all.

i bought em off a guy on cardomain.com (seanope)
he had them for like 3 months, but his lease was up on the TB amd he was gonna get an H3.
Brand new they would have been about $3,200
I got them for $1,800....very good deal.

thats cool and not to bash on you but sometimes just cause some one works for a big company does not mean thay make bank but hey u never know maybe he does specially in sales unless he is really really good at what he does but if that was the case a good sales person would have convince you to pay for everything still you got a f**kn good ass deal.

Nice ride. Hope there is no rubbing with those thick tires. I am planning to go for 265/40/22.
