Lotsa luck, petitions like this have been floating around since I was a pup. So far they have not worked in 40 years in any state. Used to be that designing your mods so as not to be noticed by the local peace officers was part of the game.

Another hint would be to remove the word "demand" from the petition. You will get nowhere demanding stuff from any burecrat.

my state doesnt have inspections, but you can still get a ticket for illegal Exhuast. what do you mean NO MORE UNLAWFUL VEHICLE INSPECTIONS ? Do they just stop u on the highway and do an inspection? Or does everyone have to goto get it inspected? I remember in the 70's my dad freekin out when it was inspection time.
Sounds like krap anyway.... I do think all cars & trucks should keep the converters on to keep down greenhouse gases. But Diesel's put out those greenhouse gases by the bucket load, I dont think they have converters....hum?.. \,,/
