:banghead: My 92' Eclipse has been seriously acting up lately and I need to get a car made within the last decade. To start my computer went out back in May so we had to replace it because it was causing idle surges($200). 2 Days after i get it back from the shop i get in an accident(hood latch brook causing hood to fly up @60 mph and come through windshield and bend over the roof) So after replacing the hood, getting it repainted to match the orginal, buying a new windshield and fixing it all ($300) About a month ago, after changing the oil, this annoying tapping sound starts in. I Take it to Pep Boys on my way to work and the guy tells me that i have gas leaking into my crankshaft. So my uncle thinks it might be an exhaust leak so we take apart the exhaust manifold and replace all the gaskets to no avail. So now im thinking it might be the fuel injectors. To top it all of my A/C went out last week. (So Cal) I have put enough time and money into this car and have decided to call it quits. What is the best way to make the most money with this hunk of scrap. Other than the mechanical problems the car is perfect. Brand new metallic blue paint, new pioneer head unit, Fosgate subs, and soem other nick-nacks. The body is good but the car has 172,000 miles. Manual, n/t 1.8L
Any advice would be apreciated! :banghead:

Parting it out on ebay would get you the most $$$ out of that heap. You could try and sell the thing, but nobody in the right mind is gonna pay much for it, so that option really dosn't exist. The only other thing would be to keep it as a beater car for the winter or something, or sell it to somebody for that purpose. Good luck man, go after another DSM! :ylsuper:
