COps are crazy

Ok well awhile ago i posted about a ticket i was issused for "racing on highways" which i wasnt even racing and i was charged for racing against a street bike. today was court day, the cop told the judge i was "speeding" yet i was never clocked, the judge was totally against me and on the cops side, even when i clearly stated that the street bike was driving directly behind me, well any way the end result was i was fount guilty and issued a 280 dollar fine and a possible 6month suspension of my liscense. but since im a voulunteer firefighter the judge told me to do 14 hours of community service at plymouth fire company and i will be able to keep my liscense, im still a lil pissed about the simple fact of paying 280 bucks of my hard earned money for having a pretty good car.

Now thats some shitty shit right there whats a guy to do when his words up against an authority figure, I don't know about all of you but I'm just an average joe and my words don't mean anything in my neck of the woods.

That is fucked up. I thought for sure you would atleast get the fine reduced because the cop had no case whatsoever. What has the world come to when a cop can just say you did something with no proof and you say you didn't and nobody gives a shit they just want to push you out the door and collect their money.

it seemed as like as soon as i walked into the court room the judge and cop were both against me, the only times ive been pulled over where by the same cop, maybe he holds a grudge against me?

cops do that here 2 in southern california

and i was told that the cops all form a union and vote for the same judge and they let the judge know that if they want to be elected and get all the votes from them then they better take the side of the cops or else they wont be elected

its either your in or your out and lately ive recieved tickets for going 90 when i was going 70 on the highway with the flow of traffic and they just say they paced you. they dont use radar anymore

Around here they do all the time. Especially around in school zones I've noticed, but only an idiot speeds in a school zone. I also see them sitting on spots on the highway with their arm out the window and a radar detector in their hand checking as people go by. I'm surprised, I woulda thought they would have been lazy and just used the dash gun. :screwy: My radar detector was one of the best investments I ever made. :evillol:

me: thinking to myself, my radar detector didnt even go off, so he didnt even clock me

him:if you wanna keep talking i can give you a 6 point ticket, youdont want that do you, now shut and give me your id and i'll be back

he didnt give me a ticket, cause he knew he was wrong, but man sometimes cops can be dumbasses

so a radar detector is of no value the highway patrol said they dont even use them

But sometimes they can be cool! I was racing my friends SRT-4 we where doing 135ish maby more down a 35 when out of nowhere this cop has his lights on coming the other way. I was like WTF BBRRAAKKEE!! Then my radar went nuts. SRT behind me i down shift and floor it doing about 120ish I take a turn off drifting the whole thing it was awsome! neway SRT dumb ass follows me. Out of nowhere another cop slides out of this other street and blocks the road. I take the same turn he just came out of (it was that or hit him) what happens road block i'm thrown out of my car cops feet on my back and cuffs going on I'm like WELL FUCK! did you know i clocked you at 132? me: Yes sir. While this is all going on MY DUMB ASS FRIEND IS DRIVING AROUND a parking lot trying to see what is going on. Cops are asking me if that's him i'm like how should i know all i see is dirt. They tell me to get up so i do and i lean against my car that is now housing a drug dog. I'm like can you keep him from shitting all over my car.. I got one hell of a look for that one! Cop gets my wallet out and pulls out my Millitary ID and said OOOOHHHHHH how is your commander going to like this? I said yea i'm fucked. Cop nods his head with this little grin. The other cops are done ripping my car apart and join in as they all enjoy my Millitary ID. One askes WTF are you doing you have about 12 laws you just broke during your little excapade.. I tryed not to laugh but it slipped. Cop: you think that's funny? Me: No Sir! Cop:Well i'm going to throw your ass in jail for a LONG time and tow your pretty little car away i'm thinking son of a bitch when out of no where he says go home and stay there if i see you out any more tonight YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL! He takes the cuffs of and said Thanks for what you are doing for our contry this ones on me. Me: No problem sir thank you! As im strapping my seatbelt on he tells me "by the way nice driving" i just smiled and took my ass home.

Yeah I've gotten about 4 warnings from cops never a ticket though. If you don't get all pissed off and say sir and shit like that they're alot more likely to let you off.

You deserve to rot in jail for a few days if you go and do shit like that. You need to learn a lesson. That's just fucking stupid to be going 132 in a 35 speed zone. What if some car pulled out in front of you, you rear ended them doing 100+, and they get killed. Then what. Then you rot in jail for longer than a few days.

I think its pretty hilarious how police officers think that because they are a cop they believe that they are immune and that they can break the law

this is not the case in california. I always see cops driving over 100mph on the freeway. i always see cops making illegal u turns because the do not wish to wait for the street light. i always see cops breaking the law everywhere in california. its obvious that cops will break their own laws in california and hipocritially try to make the tax paying citizins pay them when they are UNJUST!

I didnt USE the millitary to get out of it! He had my wallet and got the ID out i keep it in front i use it few times a day getting on base. It was a 4 lane road with a tuning lane i had plenty of room to get out the way.

I did learn a lesson being thrown on the ground and in cuffs for 2 hours at 3 in the morning that was shitty! I now do my playing on back roads :)

haha. Crap. I use my military id to get out of stuff. I just slide that bad boy right ontop of the license when I pull it out so they get a nice good view of it.

cause the cops are asses in that area because its the bad part of seattle.

i know the area very well and cops always looking for a reason to pull you over around there. so i gave them no reason to pull me over.

I've had the samething happen to me before to. Pissed me off. I faught with the cop and actually I was using my cruise control set at 35 and told him that if he didn't believe me hop in i'd hit resume and he could se how fast I was going. He tried to say I was race and sxt neon. I mean come on that was an insult. I actually told him that he insulted me because if I was racing a neon I sure as hell wouldn't have been losing


I'll have to look into the military ID thing if I getting stopped. I'm not in the Military but I have a military ID card because I am a Navy Contactor. Sweetness

Me and my friend were on our way home from work and a turboed bug came up behind us (I'm in my celica at the time my buddy in his Saleen) so we take off got up to about 135 when 3 cops are behind us they snag the Beatle first then a cop comes up next to me (pacing) then flies by and nabs my buddy in the saleen I think I'm home free when just before the next exit are two cops on either side of the road the one crazy F*CK was in the middle of the road flagging me down so I submitted. Anyway my friend showed them his military ID and told them I was his friend and we didnt know the other guy blah blah blah ended up getting off with 70 in a 55 and careless driving and a lecture on how dumb that was from the former marine state cop as appose to 135 in 55, Racing on a highway, Reckless Driving, and Evading police about $600 in fines.

Damn, sounds like you all have some pretty nasty stories. My story isn't as hardcore but it shows you how much of an asshole some cops can be. Me and a couple friends rode up to a major city where I live one night. We were cruising around checking out cars and talking car talk to other people. My friend is in his prelude and it starts smoking hardcore so we pull into a gas station and he pops his hood. Right about then a cop pulls up and starts grabbing people and asking for id. He grabs me finds out im under 18 and tells me I am past curfew(which is 12) and it was 12:06 at the time. So he tells me I will have to sit in the back of the cop car untill my parents arrive to take me home. So about 30 minutes later my parents arrive and he gives me a $150 fine. I know it's not as bad as the other stories and I was in the wrong but, come on the cop saw the smoke coming off of my friends car himself he could of first helped us instead of throwing us(and he literally threw me) into the back of the cop car.
