a/c problem

ok , as you might know i just got a 95 gst, and the air neede to be recharged, so i went to walmart, and got the stuff to put in there,( don't know what it's called) it says R-134a in the bottle i think, the a/c was working after i put it in, but then just out of the sudden, the a/c compresor started making a clicking noise and rpm started to drop, i think it kept turning on and off itself, my guess is that i overcharged it, so my questions are, how much pressure should it have if test it with the gauge, and if it's overcharged, how do i discharge it?

Nope, u need a new compressor, thats actually the clutch part of the ac not working. Mine does the same thing, im still in the process of taking it out, when I get around to it.
