91 cavalier window problems

i have a 91 cavalier. the window seems to be stuck. does anyone know how to remove the panel? i took off all the screws i could find but the panel didn't come off. i dont want to break it.

I know it's a 10 year difference, but if it's anything like my 2001 Sunfire, there are clips to deal with too. You might just have to pull. See if you can pull it away part way and peek in with a flashlight, if the insulation foam isn't blocking your view.
