Installing a head unit(need help)

i have a 1992 acura integra gs
well i first need help with if i need to buy one of the kits they sell to install it or will i be able to just fit a din head unit into it perfectly ?? and second i need to know how to take the factory head unit out.. i already know how to install a radio but i just need to know if i would have to buy a kit to fit it in...
