Back right wheel wont spin. why?

So i havent driven my car for about 2 month. Today i start my car and reverse it out, i hear a screeching noise which would be my back right tire not spinning with the others. I suppose its rusted so what should i do to get it good and running again. thanks in advance.

Brake is probably stuck, try reverse/forward motion, applying brakes, letting off brakes, setting parking brake, letting it loose again, it will probably "pop" loose. If not may have to take wheel off, find out what is stuck, parking brakes or what, and go from there.

Tried it for 10 mins. nothing popped still stuck. how would i go about finding what is stuck?

Your brake is definately stuck. I had this happen but rocked the car enough to pop it free. Yours sounds worse. With a flat head screwdriver, crawl under the car and remove the rubber plug from the rear of the drum backing plate. Your goal will be to use the screwdriver to rotate the sprocket and manually retract the shoe. I can't remember which way it turns to loosen.

Before I tried this I would pull the car out into the street and punch it off the line a few times. Use full power in both directions. If that doesn't do it, good luck retracting the shoes.

wheel bearings maybe. But, the parking break have have siezed up and locks the wheel in place.
