Here is a update on my fuel pump problem. As I said before I dont have power at my fuel pump connector. I have a 1992 dodge, 5.2L, MPFI with the pump in the fuel tank. I checked the fuel pump by hooking it to battery power and it ran so I know it works. I ran a continuity test from relay to pump and the wire is OK. Just to make sure I ran a jumper wire from the relay to the pump and still no power. I have power going to the relay. I had tested the auto shut diwm and fuel pump relays and they test good. Finally I bought new relays just to make sure and that still has not helped. I do have power at the terminal for the fuel gage. I have looked for loose connections and have found none. Could a bad ground cause this? I'm not very good on working with electricity so if anyone has any sugestions I would gratfully appreciate them.

If the relay and wiring to the pump are good, I would think that whatever activates the relay is not sending the correct signal to activate it.

Could it be the ignition switch? If not, then I might check the battery cables to make sure they're not corroded (have seen several vehicles with corroded cables having odd electrical issues)
