No speedo

Subject: '93 Rodeo LS
Issue: Speedo, odometer, tripmeter all inop.
Suspect: VSS
Known quantity: connector to VSS is clean and in good shape


Suggestions:??????????????? :biggrin:

Diagnosis: Broken wire where the tranny bundle lays across the engine oil pan.

Solution: Splice wire, heat shrink it, rewrap in new conduit. Good for another 200,000 miles. Speedo works normally now.
