Ok while everyone seems to be on lift kits does anyone know how to lift the front of a 93 s-10 by itself maybe just springs and larger shocks, but where do I get them without paying 600 for a kit I already have the rear end covered but what about the front???
Thanks
Thanks

try these sties , seem to have pretty good prices , depending on how much you wanna lift it , you can do 3" spindle lifts or 3" lift springs or both , but if you put springs , you may have to get new upper controls arms to correct the suspension geometry , if your goin just for 3 , i say get the spindle , it'll lift it 3 " and itll ride like it always had

in case youve never done this kind of thing b4, changing the springs on the front ends of our trucks is no easy task, it took me and 2 other machanics to lower mine with springs, there is a hell of a lot of tention there, best way we found was a 5 ft pry bar, one man the jack, one man the bar to keep the spring from taking your teeth (or worse) out and the third grab the fender and with your foot and steel toed boots push the spring into place and hit the jack quick

every job can be made easy with the right tool , hence when i was puttin the coil springs back in my camaro , was not stressed at all , and took me about 1\2 hr to do each side , no problems , heres a link to the proper tool
http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item.asp?P65=&tool=all&item_ID=12166&group_ID=1634&store=snapon-store&dir=catalog
keep in mind , the spings for my camaro were around 14-16" tall uncompressed , and went down to about 9" when compressed , making the installation very simple and straight foreward , just dont forget to grease the spring pockets , so it doesnt make noise , and the tool simply un threads from its self and slides out thru the bottom shock hold , cake , - enjoy , :)

yep, ever had one of those things come out on ya? uncle has, and wont own or let his machanics use one in his shop, very dangerous if it slips or comes out, lots of pressure and tention there
