trunk help

Okay well i got a Kicker L7 and im going to setup the entire trunk with MDF wood to make a frame. after that i plan to put fiberglass + hardener on the wood and paint it 3 base 3 clear. Will the fiberglass break because of the vibration? how many layers of fiberglass should i use? and whats the point of using fiberglass matt if i got the 2 part fiberglass + hardener to simply build the structure?

yeah if you mix the reisn and hardener correctly it wont crack and it depends on the layers of it you use it helps if you use body filler as a bas but use like 3 layers to thicken it up a bit then fiber glass just keep an eye on hardener and resin.
