90' Honda Accord Trans help

Hi,

I have a 90' Honda accord, and my Automatic transmission is acting up. I have noticed whenever it has been running for 10-15mins, It loses its acceleration and will start out very slow, the sports light also blinks on and off. There is no grinding noise or clicking. Do you think my trans is going out or is something wrong with the transaxle or mabye my screens clogged. I have also heard something about bands going out in a auto trans. If anybody could please help me I would greatly appreiciate it. Let me know if you need any more info. Krisi
