Help! 03 GTI Headlight Bulb replacement

I searched and could not find bulb replacement procedure/instructions. Do I have to remove the bumper and Grill? Please help point me to the right direction.

You can replace the bulbs w/o taking the bumper off. there is a metal bar that you need to pry off the square cover on the rear of the headlight. the bulb is behind that.
