Clicking noise in front end

Hi all,

I have a 2002 Odyssey that is making a clicking noise in the front end when you are driving slowly. The click can also be felt in the steering wheel. The dealership investigated the click while the van was under warranty and could not find anything mechanically wrong. They ended up tighting bolts and applying lubrication. The clicking stopped for a while, but now it is back with 38K mileage on the van.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Any ideas?
