Windows Locks and Interior Lights will not work.

I am new to this forum and stumbled across it while trying to solve the problem of water pooling up on the driver and passenger side floor of my 2002 Venture. I bought the now infamous "L-tube" that diverts the AC weep hole to the ground and my moisture problem has been solved.
However, I believe that the water that had been collecting has caused an electrical problem that has me stumped. Before I fixed the problem, the power windows and doors on both sides of the van as well as the interior lights would work for a day or so and then not work. Now they have stopped working all together. Also, the radio usually has a feature that lets it stay on when the key has been removed from the ignition and the doors are closed. This has stopped working as well. I'm not experienced with fixing wiring problems, so I'm reluctent to go in there and tinker around. My best guess right now (based on other similar posts) is that the BCM needs re-programmed, but I'm not sure.
Any thoughts/suggestions?
