Does anyone have any recommendations for how to clean a dirty A/C evaporator on a '92 Olds 88? We removed the blower & motor and were able to stick a household vacuum cleaner into the blower module and pick up some of the dirt. The airflow from the A/C vents seems to have increased significantly.
Is there a way to remove the blower module and expose the evaporator completely without having to bleed off the freon and remove the accumulator?

you should probably just blow it out real good with high pressure air and do as you are doing ,,sucking it out with a vaccuum,,its not gonna come out unless you evac the system.Good Luck
