Hi. Thanks for your reply.
I am curious about the laws involving all the colors. Because I sell led undercar kits on the net and want to start selling in my hometown.

Well, in most states they are all illegal to have turned on while driving. I have heard that there is an exception for green in some states, but I wouldn't count on it. Try googling "pennsylvania revised statutes" and then try to find the section regarding automotive exterior lighting and such. I know Oregon has all their laws posted on the internet.

Hi. Again, thanks for your reply.
Do you also think that calling the local police regarding this will help?

That really depends on how motivated your local 5's are. Sometimes they will tell you all are illegal just because, or tell you certain colors, etc... My suggestion would be to contact the DOT because the lights you are selling are not neon and most states have laws specificly against neon lighting so for a shotterm you might have found a loophole in the laws. Peace-
