Anybody had this situation?...

Ok, So I go to this Mushroomhead show with my bro. We meet up with his friends, who happen to be girls. So we go in, and Nocturne is playing so we go on the floor and watch them. They were pretty good. So when the sets over we walk out to the courtyard to hang out before Crossbreed come out. We meet up with my brothers friends. He just happens to have one of the cutest friends I have ever seeeeeeen!

Now here is my situation. I do have a girlfriend who I love and respect. But, when we first started dating I didn't really know her too well. We got to talking and I found out that she has NEVER EVER heard of anything I am interested in. So, I thought...umm okay, maybe I can you know teach her somethings. Make it fun and what not. I have other interests, but I think those are for another forum. lol Anyways, things go on and we have been going out for like 8 months and I still don't feel the whole thing....Shes cute and she will do anything to make me happy, but I feel that she is a 10 year old stuck in a 19 year olds body. She is a LATE bloomer lets just say. Which kinda pisses me off from time to time...and she always has these BS moments...like ill tell her something, like things you should remember, and Ill bring it up again....and she wont remember, and she will say things like...oh I am so out of it...blah blah,like everyday!

So back to my bro's friend. heres the thing. I totally dig this girl. So the day after the concert we went to a tattoo expo. BTW the girls name is Lidia. So it was Me, Lidia, and 2 of her friends (also girls). So I was like, alright this is cool. I am like really digging this girl alot. Not like a crush psycho kinda way. I just really like her...she seems really cool. So when we were chillin and whatever I tried droppin hints that I thought she was cute and all. I am a shy guy...but this time it wasn't difficult for me to do. It was weird. She just did things and said things that make me laugh and chuckle quite a bit and everytime I look at her she looked at me...I don't even know...it was very good though. Can anyone help me out here. I don't need any dick replies either! :) Thanks.

Well if you intend to pursue the second girl do break up with your current GF first, its the correct thing to do. Otherwise you'll just be one of those jerks that cheats on his GF.

Very true, it's worse to cheat on someone than not break up with em, because its just plain ghey..

well as far as finding out if she likes you or not or other dating advice I'm sure other members here can give you better advice.


However considering what you said in your initial post it seems you are pretty much done with that relationship and are ready to move on. And it would be unfair to your current GF for you to keep her just till you find something better.


IMO just break it off and start dating this new chick or other ones if this will not pan out.

I know, but I would at least like to know if Lidia (new girl) even likes me like that. I did in fact called her to invite her to the movies today. But no answer. But this weekend is my bro's birthday and she will be there:) So we are just gonna have too see what happens. My bro. goes to school with her and he very well knows I dig her alot. Well dude just ask her out or something, arrange to meet up somewhere but dont give out hints and expect them to work and be pissed off when they dont because HINTS NEVER WORK. So try to talk to her all the time during the party but not too much or she'll think you're a psycho. If she's into you, she'll say yeah if she's not, she's not. Simple. And also im with Muscletang on this.

It sounds like you're around my age... it's a time to be looking around.. constantly. If this new girl tickles your fancy so much, let this other one down and go for the new one. I've had that feeling quite a few times..

I tried calling her to go to a movie. No answer. My bro says she rarely answers her phone for anyone. So I was like, okay...I have known of people like that....so it may not just me. I def. don't wanna be the guy calling her a lot....thats why I stopped after one call yesterday. She goes to school with my bro. during the week and I am here at home doing my thing....so right now its kind of difficult to do anything, and I really wanna do something...at least find out if there is a chance.
