91 buick Regal Headlight indicator problem

My car got broken into (stereo stolen) and since then, there is an electrical problem which I have been looking to fix. At night when the headlights are on, the indicator blinking sound stays on. Does anyone have an idea if it is a quick fix? Thanks.
