In front of the valve cover on the intake side? Like right by the battery? You could have a major problem there. Do they go right to the battery?

If your starter is working (clicking) then your alternator, or battery is bad.

It could have crossed the wires and caused a short. Fix the wires and check all your fuses (i had a similar problem not too long ago)

i get no clicking, and the wires dont go directly to the battery they are closer to the other end of the intake near the filer but they clip to the front of the valve cover my machanic said he got it started when he jumped it but after he shut it off there was nuthing again

A picture would be helpful so we know exactly where these wires are.
