92 Ram Fuel Pump

I have a 1992, 5.2, MPFI ram that isn't getting power to the fuel pump. I checked the automatic shut down & the fuel pump relay and both tested good. I do have power going to the sending unit on the fuel punp connector. I ran a jumper wire from my fuel pump relay to the fuel pump and still nothing. Could the relay be bad even if it tests good? What else could be causing this? I know it isn't the fuel pump because I hooked it to battery power and it ran.

I have a 1999 ram 5.2 and I had issues with my fuel pump not working, I took it to the dealer and they found the problem. The Computer was shutting the pump off. Take it to the dealer and take your chances.
