trouble changing alternator...

hey, guys... The alternator is a tite fit. ANyone know how to get to the top bolt... i can't even see or reach my hand through there. This sounds stupid... I never seen an alternator positioned like this one before. Thanks! Help is very much appreciated.

I droped the whole crossmember to get mine out, it gives you alot more room, and its really not that hard to do!
