67 GTX with 17 or 18's off of a bigger model civic. this is a revell 2 n 1 so i will use the drag stuff more than anything and since i broke the a pillar on the other side it will now be a roadster!

I just picked this one up tonight ($7 at Michaels, and hot girls there too!).

Those are BIG wheels! If they are 17-18" in 1/18th scale, that would make then about 24" to the GTX. How low can you get the front?

you'll have to raise that car to make it look descent!

well the way it is right now the front wheel has the inner fender resting on the tire. so it looks really high. i am gonna cut out the inner fender and lower the front as much as i can and probably keep the rear the way it is....G-machine!

Don't use thos 1:18 scale civic rims...WAY TOO BIG. Just use the smaller fatties.

I am going to have to agree, the rims are way too big. Scaled those are 26" rims. It could be a cool project, but rims that big belong on some bling mobile.

Just my two cents. I'd like to see what comes of the project.

i had no idea they were 26 in man. if you can get some thing in a twenty that would at least be realistic. now i dont think you should use them. but like i said the choice is yours.
or just use them big tire little rims.

the boxstock rims look like they fit the car better...that is if you're going for that classy musclecar look

Go with the box stock wheels, they look way way better. the others are way too big. make it look like something off of pimp my ride
