Swap 87 5.0FI into 85 TC

I have a rough '87 TC 5.0 with fuel injection. What are the problems in swapping this engine into my '85 with the down draft injection?

I was also wondering about this. I figure you'll need all the wiring, computer, and maybe the fuel pump as well.
