Rotors

I have an 88 toyota pickup...the brake rotors are shot. i need to change them but i dont exactly know how with the hubs...on a two wheel drive truck its easy...but how hard is it with 4 wheel drive...what all do i have to do with the hubs. If anyone can help me...please do
