What are you wanting to build for? Drag, street, autocross?

If money is not a problem you shouldn't get a stock motor - the most common swap for good performance and daily driving without needing too many mods is any version of the b16. If you want to get fancy you could do a b16 head on a b18 block. If you want a headache but a helluva fast car you could do an h22. But b16's are the easiest and the cheapest and they can put out as many horses as any of Hondas other performance engines. You can make a d16 go fast but it takes a lot of work and money.

I'm building for the street. Its a stock motor I'm going to take it out and put a bigger one in but I don't know what I should put in. I want it to be able to keep up with my mustang but also kick some ass.
