Restoring 70' Chevelle, Dashboard Paint

Does anyone know what I should use to paint the dash of a 70'Chevelle. I have had all the chrome plating on all the dash restored, have taped it all off (except the words WIPERS/WASHER & LIGHTER - haven't decided how I'm gonna mask those off) and am about ready to spray it, but I'm not sure what type of paint to use to get it back to as close to original as I can. Any Ideas please? Thanks for anyones expertice on this.

Not sure if this will help but it seems you are talking about the guage panel area? If so, they were normally a semi-flat or satin black color with silver surrounding every guage, switch and vent opening. I don't know if the other areas of the dash were interior color coordinated but 'typically' the area around the guages were black as I described.
