Hey everyone...I got a 2001 V6. The headlight lenses began to fog up a couple months ago, and now they look pretty bad so I ordered some new headlights. I got some that are called projection headlights. I was wondering if anyone knew what the main difference is between projection and stock headlights. Also, the only kind of headlights that are illegal are colored ones right? Thank you

jee dude, i don't know for sure but my buddy always gets in trouble for clear corner lenses on his acura. the turn indicators have to be amber i'm fairly certain, but maybe that differs from state to state. i know you can get amber bulbs, but i dont' think that'll fly. when you get them if on the box it says, "for show/off road use only" than you might want to send them back.

The problem with the clear corners is they have no amber reflectors. There is a reason that DOT requires cars to have front and rear and side reflectors. If ur car is sitting somewhere in the dark and you have no reflectors, its not going to be seen very well and may get hit. My 2 cents worth, is I am keeping the stock corners. Matter of fact just ordered new parking lamps and corner lights to go with my new Ford factory headlights.
