good car

im about to get a new car and with my insurance being so gay it cant be a v8 or turbo charged car what would you recommend i get for around 20 grand with alot of potential for upgrades in the future because im willing to spend an extra 15 grand of my own money on after market parts but i dont know what car i should get that i can make fast any help is appreciated thank you

don't bother reading the FAQ i'm sure it was just made to look pretty and not be used.
