how many pounds of torque??

hey guys well i tore my engine down to the block and i need to put the head back on it. but i don't know nor can i find how many pounds of torque should be on it?!? it is a 2.8 liter straight six 170ci for a 61 falcon..so if u could let me know any info you might know or why i could find it that'd be great thanX!!

invest your money into a service manual. Best $100 i spent on my car.

According to my 1963 Chiltons manual, you need 65 to 75 ft.lbs.

yeah well the only problem is i can't find any service manuals for a 61' 2.8L motor...but thanx beyondloadedSE for the info i'll check it out thanX!! gotta bounce----------> Jon D. Rock On!
