more problems yay

Anyways my car has a ton of problem with it. Another problem is that my air conditioning wnet out so i went and had it recharged, but that did nothing, my car will not even blow cool air. anyone know anything else wrong with it?
Another problem is that my doors rattle tremendously when ever my bass hits. i dont have subs, but i put in Blaupunkt 5x7's in the front and 6x9's in the back. I thot that it was a screw lose or something so i tightened up all the screws that i could find and then put it back together and nothing changed. Is there a way to take off the driver side and passenger side doors on my 94 altima? i havent been able too, i get to the top and i pull a little bit and it wont come off, i dontr want to pull too hard and have the whole door break
