I Quit

I used to work at a factory my job was to pull orders and get them ready to ship, The boxes weight 100-140Lbs each. Try doing that for the whole day. Today was one of the hardest days we have ever had. One of the workers dosent do shit all he does is help 1 (yes i said 1) trucker load, thats a 10 min job. He gets paid for 8 hours a day, and only works for 10 mins!. The rest of the time he is outside smoking or no where to be found. Well since he is the supervisor's bitch he dosent worry about getting fired.

Our supervisor is a stinky old mofo who dosent shower, and recently hired some one to do his job. The supervisor also dosent do shit, all he does is insult people. Well today 2 co-workers and i are on our way out, when the supervisor stops us and says: "i want you to stay and load the last truck!"
where like WFT!! that truck dosent come in for another hour. We where pissed because he's bitch wasn't gonna do nothing the whole day, and we where so tired and just wanted to go home. We where in our little office waiting for the last truck when the supervisor walks in and said "i want you guys to pull this order!!" and trows the paper work on the flor. We got pissed but didnt do nothing we picked up the order and did it. An hour later the truck shows up we're like about time so I walk towards the truck, the supervisor yells at me "what are you doing!!" I Said: "im gonna help the trucker load" he said "did he sign the bills!! i said "not yet" he said "you are wasting company time, you sould be sweeping" We left we didnt even load the last truck.
The supervisor was treating us worst than shit so all 3 of us decided to quit at the same time. That bastard was saving all the 140lbs orders for friday to get us pissed, but all of us quited on thursday so makes quiting worth it. :lol: Tomorrow when i go and pick up my check i will laugh in their face while they work like dogs. The good news is that i found a new jobwith a much better pay, The bad news is that the job requires working in the sun :(

The moral of the story is: dont treat your workers like shit or they will all quit at once. :evillol:

Sun burn can be a bitchy bitch too. I had a bad one on my back a couple weeks ago. It was fun peeling it all off though.

and I started my new job today :icon16: damn i miss the A/C but all i care about is saving some $$$ to go back to school :smile:

better than having to work in the snow like i do....but my job is fun so i don't mind it too much....i'm going to be moving to florida anyways next summer so i only have one more winter left:D

I organised a mass quit at my work. There are only 3 drivers on now (4 of them left), I'm one of them to make it look like I didn't have anything to do with it (legal reasons). I'm out as of next saturday.
