94 PA Problem

Hello, My 94 PA (3.8 II Supercharge) acts like this.

When I start it, the engine sputters (pop, pop, pert, pert) and in less than 1 minutes it runs like a champ. This happens when its cold and hot. And, jurks when going uphill.

Any advice would be appreciated.
