automatic to manual

What needs to be done with the wiring to convert an automatic to a manual in a 91 240sx. The car won't start; clutch is in, master cylinder, slave cyclinder, manual transmission, it's gotta be something with the wiring?
Please help??

If you didnt change the ECUs and Wiring Harness the ECU will give it troubles but usually in cold conditions. now if you have the Auto Harness
I think you have to jumper 2 connections on the Transmission and they are...
24) Backup Lights & Starting system - The top connector with two female blade connections needs to be jumpered for the car to start. The third connector down from the top uses pins 3 & 8 for the backup lights. Switch pins 3&8 using the wiring from the backup light switch on the transmission.

isn't there some wiring on the automatic throttle body that needs tweeking also?
