1999 Caravan Passenger's Side Window Won't Go Up

Window glass on passenger side has come lose from whatever rises it up and down. Won't go up or down until I push the glass down and back into whatever bracket is supposed to hold it (have to push pretty firmly to get it to go down). Anyone know if this is an easy fix? Also, how do I safely remove the passenger side door panel. Have a Haynes manual, but it doesn't do good job of describing where to find all the screws. I can see the screws at the top of the panel, but don't see any at all along the bottom. Also, cking other posts on Automotive Forums regarding how to remove the door panel, none of them the cover door panel for 1999 model year Caravans. Any advice anyone would care to provide would be greatly appreciated!
