Open letter to all Honda owners

Dear Honda owners,
I don't want to race you.

That's right, I'm un-interested in trying to challenge you and your faux supercar in a drag race between stoplights downtown. I don't know why you all feel the need to glare at me while the light is red. You don't have to change your grip on the steering wheel like its a pair of motorcycle handlebars, either. You especially don't need to rev your four-cylinder with its loud exhaust system because you might tempt me to want to race you.

I don't.

What really gets me, though, is with the abundance of similarly craptastic hondas out there, why do you want to race me? The way I figure it, you want to race everything in sight. My Jeep has less than 200 horsepower and the aerodynamics of a barn. However, I suppose the near-verticle air dam which is my windshield isn't neccesarily discouraging to someone who puts a god-damn wing on the back of a front wheel drive car. More downforce for the rear wheels then, eh? That way you can accelerate faster, right? Great work, dipshit.

But seriously. I don't get it. I don't ask you to go drive trails with me. I don't wave and say 'lets go haul ass through a mud pit'. Sure, I spend about as much time off pavement as you do on the track, but at least I can tell the difference between a race car and a 4x4. Does my Jeep look like a challenge or something? Do you and your honda friends get together and say 'Dood! I just beat that Jeep with the big tires and low gears! I'm so fast!'

The way I figure it, your car sucks so much, you can't beat any of the other Hondas, and sure as hell don't want to admit defeat. Instead of buying a genuinely fast car, you choose to get your rocks off racing easy vehicles in your piece of shit. Way to go, badass! I'm proud of you! Why don't we get together and beat up some kids later. I'll let you sucker punch a baby. It will be hard core.

Seriously, though. Please, please, the next time you see me, or any other non-challenging vehicle at a light, don't antagonize them and encourage them to 'race.' Instead, pull your head our of your ass, and realize that your hatchback is probably faster than a minivan, delivery truck, recreational vehicle, bicycle, u-haul, and other similar underpowered non/aerodynamic vehicles. Oh, and don't forget, you're probably faster than me, too.

Go play some more Gran Turismo, and quit being a jackass.

Wow. How many more times are you going to create a new user name just to post the same shit here? You should stop worrying about what other people are doing and figure out why you're life is so pathetic that you have to come on a message board and whine and cry. And the fact that you actually have that saved on your computer just so you can repost it every few months. In all honesty, you should get some professional help for your mental issues. Don't be worried, there are thousands of people who get counseling to help deal with their problems.

I drive a stock economy Civic and I get rev'd on by Mustangs, Cavaliers, Neons, and even a Lotus. All I have are some slightly bigger rims (from 13's to 15's) and wider tires so my driving experience is a little more fun. No body kit, not 18" chrome rims, no altezza tail lights, no huge sound system, no neon lights, no flashy paint job; a stock car. So here's an idea, do what I do... don't look over or even pay attention. Simple as that. But most importantly; get a life and grow some balls so you can go talk shit to people who rev on you, in person, and not on a message board with people from all over the world who don't live near you.

Besides, what loser drives a jeep and admits it. Are you really so into yourself that you think any cars really want to race you while your in a jeep??? Here's a small hint: when most people rev their engines at a stoplight it's not that they want to race you, they enjoy the sound of their aftermarket exhaust and like to show off. That's a pretty funny letter there! Seriously though, most guys who drive those little imports need to grow up a bit at least in my area. It's funny when they put those little fart cans on them and think they sound good. I'm always temped to ask the question "Sounds good, what you got under the hood? Briggs and Straton?" LOL! LOL, now that is funny. I agree that most Honda/Acura owners buy horrible exhaust systems that make them sound like ass (fart car, bumble bee, etc); and they actually think it sounds good.

But maybe it's just the imports that you notice reving in your area. I know where I live it's all kinds of cars; imports and domestics that do it. What I don't understand are the people who blame Hondas for their shitty sounding exhausts, and then actually think Neons and Cavaliers sound good when they have cheap raspy sounding exhausts. To me, any car that has an exhaust that sounds bad; just sounds bad. No matter what car it is, shit is shit. That's when everyones bias' come into play. Unfortunately for us import drivers who know better, we'll still get singled out because of these jackass kids who don't know shit and watched fast and the furious too many times (great movie to watch for a good laugh).

And the problem I have with this thread (besides this loser actually cutting and pasting the same exact thing every few months, and I'm not joking about that either), is that it's not a good representation of every place. It sucks that he lives around morons, but there are a lot of people who do infact know better and don't rev on other people. As a matter of fact I was riding with my friend last weekend and a JEEP reved on him and did a burnout (tried to anyways). So anyone who is too ignorant to know the reality of things, is the one who needs to get a life.

You need the extra hp to push your heavy ass trucks.

"Moded" (modded) civics aren't Civics with a bodykit, 18" rims, a cold air intake, header, and exhaust on a stock engine. Wow, you should be proud of beating an economy car. Try racing a Civic with some actual work done to the engine and a turbocharger, then you can praise yourself.

Besides not only do i have my civic, but 2 SUVs, a pos truck and two other cars. It's not my fault that the designers @ Jeep are too damn cheap to redesign that ugly ass thing. Saying something is ugly doesn't give anybody a bad name, it's TRUTH! And another thing to 84_RCKID: I'm into the offroad and show truck scenes as well and the only fags i've ever met have been in the off road scene, just something to think about. :flipa:

Hey all i'm saying is that if you don't want your car to be bashed on, don't bash back. People bashing on others cause of the car they drive. I get that shit cause i drive a Honda... I love my car, and it ticks me off every time someone in a mustang or some other kind of car and starts trash talking Honda, specifically mine, right in front of me.

There are a couple of big jeeps at our school. They call them 4 litre honda eaters.

Seriously, it is fun watching them pull on countless civics on the way home from school.
