engine swap info please help?

whats up everyone? i currently own a 91 nissian se 4x4 pickup i just bought it for $500bucks and im looking to fix it up. it has 235,000 original miles but it runs great its a 5speed 2.4litre 4cyl but im looking to drop in a newer motor possibly a 6cyl, my friend had one that he bought and someone droped in a pathfinder v6 in it. i was thinking or doing that but i basically need to know what all i would need to make that happen so if anyone can help me out by emailing me a parts list of what i need to do this it would be greatly appreciated or i wouldnt mind droppin in another 4cly. but need to know what is the newest nissian 2.4litre or what ever other 4cly i could use. and up to what year of a motor i can use, so if u have any info about this swap and can email me a parts list of everything i would need that would be great. thanx!!! philip
