the little research i did on the web, this seems like the biggest bank heist in history. i'm sure WAY back in the day, before electricity and junk, there was some heist where the robbers stole like 10 grand, which was a lot back then (im talking like when the pilgrims came over and shit) i really have no clue though

what i find totally outrageous, is the fact they were able to do it by digging a 200 meter tunnel directly under the vault. none of this high tech, send a virus to the bank, type shit you see in hollywood.

The government steals enough money from the people, sometimes its time to take a little back. I think its impressive pulling off a heist this big. It doesnt harm anybody, no shots went off. Those are some lucky people that got away with it, they must be pretty smart to mastermind that shit

Yeah, well the government is not going to be like "Oh well, we scammed them enough, it's not a big deal". Instead they'll get the money back from the people somehow. And here's my point: This is a very small group of people that get the money, probalby less than 10. Compared that to the millions of Brazilians whose money was stolen.

They will now spend their life constantly looking over their shoulder, because there's always a chance they still will be caught. I hope they are. That will make for an even better story.

My point is that I think stealing is wrong even though I do not have any strong religious convictions. But as you pointed out, some people who consider themselves "religious" or "saved" can justify any thing they want. It just seems a little hypocritical to me that's all.
