intake manifold gasket

It has been suggested by the Freaknasty that I replaced the intake manifold gasket on my 97 3.5L and I have replaced the upper Plenum gasket but I was wondering how hard it is to replac the lower set. Also, if I bring it to the repair shop what kind of money are we talking to get it repaired?? Thanks
