Honda Navigation System with TV

I have a 99 Odyssey (Japanese import) with a fancy Honda Navigation System and TV. The previous owner also installed a DVD player. Can all of this be converted for use in NZ??? The DVD player plays cds, but nothing else. Please help!!!
