95 sohc to 98 dohc acr swap, problems please help!!

i have a 95 neon coupe and i just swapped in a 98 acr motor and at firts i couldnt get it to crank over, it turns out the wiring harness was blocking the clutch petal sensor grrrrrrrrrrrr. well anyways, it runs great but now the parking lights turn on with the key now, and wont shut off for as long as the ignition is turned, its really frustrating. i know a little bit about wiring so if someone could give me a suggestion im sure i could fix it, the current engine bay/ dash harness is from a 98 coupe. it all plugs in and everything works and runs perfect. i did remove the airbags and im afraid that may have something to do with it but im not sure. also does anyone know where i can find a grant steering column adaptor, i have the wheel welded in currently and it looks like crap. please help!!!! lol thanx
